How much does All Season Grocery cost?
The cost of the food that we purchase at the grocery stores is actual costs and we don’t mark those prices up. We charge a $35 delivery fee and a 20% service fee on the total cost of the groceries for deliveries in Park City and Deer Valley. For deliveries in Heber City, Midway, and Kamas, we charge $0.50/mile charge in addition to the delivery fee and the service fee.
What is your tipping policy?
Tipping is completely optional. We always strive to give you first class customer service and this is in no way dependent on a tip. For the convenience of those customers who are inclined to give the delivery person a tip and prefer to have it added to their credit card, you will be given the option to do so during the checkout process.
When can I place my order?
Our website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We ask that you place the order at least 24 hours in advance of when you need your groceries delivered.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change an order, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 435-655-5071 with the items you would like to add or delete. We accept any changes prior to the day of delivery.
Do you accept last-minute orders (within 24 hours of arrival)?
We do accept last-minute orders, but please e-mail us at email@example.com or give us a call at 435-655-5071 to see if we are able to fit you in. There may be times when the delivery of these items will be after 5:00pm.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 435-655-5071 stating your full name and date of arrival. Orders can only be cancelled prior to the day of delivery. Please let us know if your flight has been cancelled or delayed.
What if an item is out-of-stock at the store?
We make every effort to get all the items on your list. There are times when some items are unavailable. We then will substitute that item with a comparable product.
What if I need more items during my stay?
We will be happy to deliver additional items to you. Just complete an order form from our website.
What if I am missing an item?
Please contact us immediately if you feel an item is missing from your order. We will locate the item and get it over to you as soon as possible. We double check all orders during the shopping and packing stage before delivery.
What is your policy regarding the purchase of liquor?
All Seasons Grocery is acting as a delivery service and to purchase alcohol in the State of Utah, you must be 21 years old. You must show proof of age with a valid ID. If you will be present at delivery, you can show it to our driver. If we are stocking your accommodations prior to your arrival, then you must fax us a copy of your ID that we will keep on file.
Are there any days that liquor cannot be purchased?
Utah liquor stores are closed on Sundays and holidays. If we receive your order in a timely manner, we can purchase liquor (wine and hard liquor) around store closings. Beer is sold in grocery stores and can be purchased 7 days a week
What forms of payment do you accept? When is my credit card charged?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) only. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Your card will be charged after delivery of your groceries.
What days and times do you deliver?
Our service is available 7 days a week throughout the year. We make every effort to complete our deliveries by 5:00pm (MST). If we cannot gain entry into your place of lodging through the property management company, we will contact you to set up a delivery time.
Do you sell or trade my personal information?
Your personal information is safe with us. It is not given, sold, or traded to anyone else.
Are my orders secure?
Your personal security is our main concern. We use leading industry functions to ensure that all personal information is transmitted through protected channels.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order amount is $35.00. This does not apply to customers who have already placed an order with us.
